Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing property deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect new clients for property sales.
- Promote and sell company properties to individual and corporate buyers.
- Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and site inspections.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information on available properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the Enugu real estate market.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Leverage social media and online platforms to generate leads.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Volume and value of property sales closed.
- Customer satisfaction and referral rate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales or related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Technical:
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of the Enugu real estate market is an added advantage.
